• Tasks and notes content: task titles, descriptions, categories, and any text you enter or generate in the App.

B. Audio and Speech Data

The App may process voice input to convert speech into text and split it into tasks.

Depending on how your App is implemented, one of the following may apply (choose the correct statement and delete the other):

• Option 1 (recommended if true): We do not store your raw audio recordings. Audio is processed to generate text and tasks, then discarded.
• Option 2: We may store audio recordings to provide features such as history, re-processing, or improvement. If we store audio, we describe retention in Section 6.

• Transcripts (speech-to-text results)
• Extracted tasks created from transcripts
